|
Automated Test and Integration Specialist (AT/I Specialist)
TASKS:
• Design, develop, fabricate, and maintain Production-quality automated test equipment.
• Develop high-quality automated test equipment software using National Instruments LabVIEW™ and TestStand™.
• Keep abreast of the latest automated test equipment trends and technologies.
• Participate in and provide technical direction for a Moog cross-site initiative to unify test methodologies and philosophies.
• Interact with both internal and external customers to provide support for automated test equipment.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Develop an expert-level knowledge of automated test equipment, including real-time technologies, as applied to complex component simulation and control solutions.
• Gain an expert-level knowledge of National Instruments LabVIEW™ and TestStand™
• Attain a proficient understanding of avionic systems and the various interfaces between aircraft electronics and actuation hardware (i.e. electro-hydraulic and electro-mechanical actuation systems).
• Possess a working knowledge of industrial and avionics bus architectures (e.g. ARINC-429, MIL-1553, RS-422/485, RS-232, USB, IEEE-1394, etc.).
• Work skillfully with various sensors and transducer signal conditioning (e.g. LVDTs, RVDTs, resolvers, pressure sensors, potentiometers, etc.).
• Possess excellent writing, communication, management, and interpersonal skills. |
