 Performing data acquisition to characterize the environment of your product can be a daunting task. The adage:  "Garbage in equals Garbage Out" cannot have more relevance. It is impossible to know if your measurements are an accurate representation of reality unless you have a lot of experience. A simple polarity error causes the entire measurement to be completely wrong. Multi-axial forces require that amplitude and phase measurements are accurate, otherwise critical locations are incorrectly identified.
