| Controllers in excellent physical condition and in perfect running order. This is just one of three units that were removed from our operation to be replaced by new Flex Test 60 servo-hydraulic controllers recently purchased from MTS. We are a mechanical testing laboratory that was previously using these units and have done so for the past several years with no issues or compromise to achieving high quality data that they are capable of providing at a low cost investment.
As you may be aware of, there are several components that are used in testing systems, them being the Servo-hydraulic load frame, a computer/workstation to interface with the MTS controller, as well as the hydraulic power supply or pump. What we are providing is control system that includes the controller, the station Pod and its stand, remote E-stop, we have some of the cables [we reused some with new platform] to connect this system to a MTS 318.10, 312.21, & 380.10, etc. Test Frames with or without lifts and locks, and most importantly the controller itself that we can guaranty are in perfect working order.
The photos shown in this listing are with the TestStar Controller powered down and disconnected from the test frame. There is a AC Conditioner for the stroke channel, two DC Conditioners for the load and strain channel, in each box minimum.
If you pay the asking price we will offer a 30 day warranty if installed by a certified MTS Service rep. We have other TestStar parts units that we would be willing to pull boards from and swap out for 30 days from the date of receipt. But again we have removed these units in fully functioning condition, so this will not be necessary, other than to provide buyer peace of mind.
We will consider offers lower than the asking price within reason of the market value of these units, but keep in mind, this is a fully functional system that all you will need is some cabling, the frame and the pump to start conducting tests.
Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs in the continental US. International or Canadian bidders will be required to arrange their own shipping and pickup from our facility in upstate New York, USA. We will package all shipments free of charge and arrange continental US shipments through our carriers.
